Yoga de la Musica presents: The Music’s Yoga Method
In this practice we are invited to express and explore the natural voice through ancient exercises of
singing, movement and breathing; making music and meditation the same path.
This experience allows to harmonize elements in our organism relating with ourselves and the entire
Class open to everyone who wants to “tune up” body, voice and soul.
For a more pleasant experience it is suggested:
wear comfortable clothes
bring water to drink
A yoga mat or a blanket
A cushion in case you need.
